The role
We have several vacancies for Mortgage and Protection Assessors. The role of a Mortgage and Protection Assessor is to provide support to the Advice Support Manager. This might involve:
- Reviewing customer files
- Assessing allocated cases
- Recording activity and outcomes against service level agreements
The function requires a good deal of communication with colleagues across PRIMIS as well as with our adviser network.
Full training will be provided, and you will be supported and mentored by an experienced colleague throughout your induction and beyond.
Your attributes
You will be numerate with a good level of attention to detail. You should have the ability to work independently and as a productive member of a dynamic team. You will need to be able to prioritise your workload and work effectively under pressure. You should have a passion for providing great customer service. If you have a will to succeed, and an appetite to gain formal qualifications to help you achieve your career goals in financial services, this should be of real interest to you.
The key facts
You will be based at either our Chippenham (SN14) or Birmingham (B37) office.
Hybrid working model – at least 50% of your time at one of the above offices.
Full time – Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week.
Permanent role.
Salary – tbc.
