Tuesday 17 September marked the start of World Childless Week, which aims to raise awareness of the childless not by choice (cnbc) community and enable every childless person to share their story with confidence.
This is a cause close to some of our colleagues’ hearts. Their request to acknowledge this event – and to make those who are childless within LSL feel supported – has led to us highlighting this cause. Our Inclusion and Diversity (I&D) Forum are committed to making all colleagues feel included, no matter what their personal circumstances.

We ask you to spare a few moments to consider this event and highlight the support on offer to those who may seek it. To help you we have included a case study below that highlights the experiences of one childless couple and provides valuable insight into what has helped them – and how we might learn from this.
