Rachael’s Story
It started with a message from my client: “I’m not feeling well, can you help me?”
My client’s critical illness cover policy began on 2ⁿᵈ June and my client made two payments (July and August). During this time my client was diagnosed with bowel cancer. I logged the claim with Guardian, helped my client to complete the forms and got the consultant and GP notes to send to Guardian. My client was paid out over £62,000. Not only that, Guardian will waiver the premium for up to one year whilst my client isn’t working and getting treatment. This is three weeks from when I logged the claim and only after two premium payments. Guardian are also helping my client seek benefits whilst he is having treatment. On top of all of this, Guardian are also waiving the premium for my client’s family protection for up to one year.
