We partner with a wide range of lenders, from big high street brands to small niche ones. This gives your adviser a selection of lenders and products to consider for you and your individual circumstances.

CUSTOMER FEEDBACK
Our customers are at the heart of PRIMIS’ culture, so your feedback is hugely valuable to us. It is important that you fully understand the advice and recommendations you have received from your adviser, and how they meet your needs and preferences. Therefore, you will receive a survey from our chosen partner, Maze, shortly after receiving your advice. Your responses help us continually improve.
Additionally, your adviser may ask you to leave a review on platforms such as TrustPilot and Google Review. These platforms allow you to share your experiences with other customers considering using their services.
